How i change the opacity from forums description background?
If have some way please tell did that code write below code for opacity of background in CSS?
Or if you have some transparency background for this ex. 60% or 70%.
Please help me!

Depends on what exactly you mean by the Forum Background. But you can try the code below (enter it at "Styles / Pictures & Colors / Colors / CSS Stylesheet") and see if it did what you needed. If not, would be helpful if you would provide us with a screenshot.

.forabg, .forumbg {
opacity: .6;
filter: alpha(opacity=60);
-moz-opacity: .6;
}

You can change the opacity values of course. the above code would be 60%.
