Sticky button missing Empty Sticky button missing

Im the administrator on my site and I cannot sticky threads. My moderators cant either, how do i fix this? Sticky is enabled in the forum permissions for that user group.

Sticky is under text editor. Click on Options "+" sign and there have sticky etc...

he meant the editor when you create or edit a post - just below the "send" and "preview" buttons. Smile
