Usergroup problem Empty Usergroup problem

i have changed colour of usergroup in admin panel & also created a new group but when im previewing forum im getting old colours & no new group

You mean that the new group doesn't appear in the legend(at the bottom of your Homepage)? You can read this Tutorial about groups.
