Changing Confirmation Page Box Color

This is the page that shows up after you create a thread or post a reply on my forums. The main text color of my forums is white, so the highlighted text is blended into the white box. I was wondering how I could change the color of the box.

Change the black to any other color if you want, hex code will work there too.
