I want ask about credit

I want ask, if i buy credit 
1.For ads, i can delete adv banner, if deleted complete, can i put my banner in header?
2.For domain, if i buy a domain , my member my site in www.example abc .forumid.net, if i buy domain name www.example abc.com , if my member click www.example abc .forumid.net automatic connect to www.example abc.com ?
