how to set the ranks to be automatically applied when the members reach a certain amount of posts? please help me...

Admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Ranks=>Rank administration. Click on this icon rank administration Editer next to the rank you want to modify(or create a new rank) and then choose "Set as Special Rank" to No and in the "Minimum Posts" box type the minimum number of posts you want for that rank(once that number is reached the rank is automatically given to a member).
