No login form in phone view

One of my users cannot visit my forum via her phone. I don't know if it's like that for others aswell since she's the first to complain. She says there is no login form.

No, all the forums are visible. But only members can post.

So this user can view the forum fine but not log in? 

Is it possible I could get the link to your forum and I'll check it out on my mobile?

she says she could log on with her old mobile but not her new one. She also posted this photo:


Other users on my forum said the log in form is under the black arrow. She hasn't replied yet so I don't know if it's fixed or not.

The login option is under the black drop down arrow. 

Its possible her old phone didn't load the mobile site and instead the classic version which would display your forum normally as if you were browsing on a laptop or computer. The mobile version only does work on phones that are maybe a year or two old.

Okay, she said the phone didn't let her click on the arrow at first but it's sorted now. This can be locked
