I saw in a edit board forum. in the profile there is another option called charecter sheet and when you click on it there is another option to join a mini team and get award and all that.

How do you enable it?

But could you give the address of the board where you saw it ? It's because the joining stuff makes me wonder if the board is really an editboard...

Ok, I confirm it's an editboard.

About the teams and the awards, they are done manually by the admin or the user depending of the permissions for the different fields
