hi, im the administrator of my forum, one of my posts/polls got deleted. i was wondering if you can recover it. if you can, please tell me how. thanks

No I don't think you can recover it.
You could try to re-synchronise your forum but I can't guarantee a result.

I'd advise you to simply re-write it, sorry
