how can i remove my chat box in my home page??

i want to replace it with shout box pls help me

To deactivate your chat box go to admin panel=>General=>Chat Box=>Configuration and look for this option "Activate the ChatBox" and choose no. If you want to add shout box you need to know the HTML code for it. When you know it you can add it in the "Homepage message" section from admin panel=>General=>Homepage=>Configuration.

Hi, newbie here, I've followed all the instructions I've found with regards to a shout box and for example following this thread i put the html in the homepage message and all it shows on my forum is the html, no shoutbox Sad
