I forgot my password an ya..

Ok, I edited my forum and etc, and i logged out than i went to log in later on and i forgot my password.. So i clicked "I forgot my password" and i entered the username and my e-mail and it said:
"The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username." yet, I signed up with the same E-Mail and i got the reply you get when registering with forumotion.. So how the heck i change my password???
