A way to set avatars off?

is there a way to set the avatars to off?

yes you can go into any profile in the admin panel>>>users and groups>>>users and set avatar to no.

I cant find it there instead it shows me a list of all the members

with there email adresses join date etc

okay it worked is there anyway for me to do them all at once?

do I have to do this everytime a new member signs up? that will be a pain
