I am the founder but why does it not allow me to send the password. saying some security feature has disabled in utilities.
I dont understand why is this necessary when the founder email address is working.

Look at the topic Twisted posted a link to, and look at the solution to Case 4: You have lost either forum password or utilities password and you have activated the security option which prohibits sending a new password.
