Unable to log into admin account

Hi, I have not logged into my forum for some time and I have forgotten the admin password. There are no other admins available to reset my password.
I believe I know the email address associated with it, but the reset password facility has been disabled. Please advise how I go about getting into my admin console.
By the way I have tried the founder's tools and this will not work either on what I thought was the password.
