admin panel=>Users=>Groups=>Ranks=>Rank Administration, click the "Add new rank" button and add all the required info.

Man Lucky, that dont help him. Here is what you need to add:

Code:: [color=red]first part of name[/color][color=green]Second part of name[/color]

If he wants to add color to ranks what you said won't help him either since as far as I know BB codes are not accepted in the rank titles ony HTML codes work.So it should be a code like this one:
