connection problem

a member on my forum is saying they can connect to the site at work but not when they go home, can you suggest anything for them to try?

Try changing their browser to firefox see if this helps.

i told them that and still they say they cant view the forum from home, but can from work

If they are from the middle east (certain countries), george bush has put a restriction on traffic from there to the west.
It could be their work computers are using either a proxy or bypass system.

ah, shes in canada, so could this the problem
