Stop Forground Image Scroling

Greets

I would like the image on this page http://mxmarines.toxicfarm.com/index.htm
to be attached to the back ground and stop scrolling with the forground image.
Where the banner cammo image end i would like the robot image to begin and end where the forum starts. and the forground and background not to scrool but rather be 1 whole image.

How do i do this ?????

hello, im sure there is guide to fixing background a while ago. but its been remove now and that means forumation dont want to share it with common member,

btw, try change your background to blank picture or textured small picture to solve that problem

Hi thanks for the tip , btw what do u mean a common member ? i am not a common person soo... lol

I did spend 3 hours scrolling through all the forum msgs and there was nothing about this issue so i did try to find information.

The other ? i was trying to find help on was how do you edit back ground themes evey time i replaced the background image nothing seems to change and yet in the image settings it shows that it has accepted the image so i got stumped other wise i wouldnt have posted this request.
