Sending a mass email

Is this possible? I want to email all of my members at the same time through the admin panel.

Go to "General / Newsletter" - this email will reach all your members that have allowed newsletters.

I like the newsletter option but not the text that appears by default. Is there any way by which this can be edited? And if not, could you please consider allowing admins to edit it? Is it really necessary for you to force all admins to have that particular disclaimer?
