Solved Embeded JS File

Hi All

I use JS file in overall_footer_end to type in Vietnamse, the code is

It 's working fine . Lately the site is down so user can not type Vietnamese anymore

I have the JS file, can I embeded the code directly instead of the link ???

I try to copy the code and put in js page but it doesn't work, maybe I am doing wrong
