Changing Username Admin to another Empty Changing Username Admin to another

My forum is new and my forum name comes up as "Admin". I'd like something a bit more friendly but don't see how I can maintain my "Admin" status and change the name - can someone please direct me how to do this? I tried in my Profile, but can't change it there. Thanks

go to admin panel > user & group > user list > click on you 'admin' name > on 'username' box, type new name > save Smile

Go to your profile by clicking the little man under your name...not the one that says PM.

The very first slot should have your username. Change it to what you want it to be.

Click "save"
