Gap between forum logo & horizontal menu

hello,

is there way to reduce gap between logo & horizontal menu? you see, after i add seme script on 'site description', space between them become bigger and its look ugly.

already try put this on customize CSS, but its not working

btw its not working, and more weird is, the problem occur when im using firefox. its seem fine with IE.

anyone got got any idea how do i reduce that gape between logo and that welcoming text?

yeah, its seem that script i put on site description make that gap (i embed 2 script on it), so, any idea?
