Administration Panel -> Styles -> Avatars -> Personal gallery -> Your avatars gallery -> you will see ya pictures there and dlete what ya want.

Or if your talking about the "Your avatars gallery" you can't unless you fully disable the gallery.

when you go to change your backround on STYLE TAB i see this pics which i host it before but how will i delete it?

To delete those pictures you need to go to https://servimg.com/ and remove the pictures. Please note that the pictures won't be deleted right away , they will be moved to the Trash folder for 30 days. If you don't restore them in that time, then they will be deleted.
