    As SLGray stated you can do it from Hitskin or you can do it from your Admin Panel, click on Display, you can change it from ""Choose a theme" or " Skin Management".

    It is better to do it from Hitskin if you are only doing the theme.  If you are changing versions, I would do it from the AP.
