banned user who can't create a new account

Hello

I've banned an user before deleting his account.

Now, he can't create a new account. He tried with two different mail adresses, but both didn't worked.

I've created a new account for him, and gave to him the login and the password. But even with this account, he can't log on from his personnal computer.

I've already debanned every banned IP in the administrator panel.

Please help

I was about to answer 4 hours ago when my father called me for shopping.... -_-

Your member probably didn't clear his cookies since you banned him, so ask him to clear them, according to this topic : https://help.forumotion.com/viewtopic.forum?t=55

thanks but it seems that it was an IP problem. He have reboot his freebox (pathetic french ADSL modem) and changed his IP, now he can have access to the forum.

Maybe i made a mistake when i tried to deban his IP ...

Maybe you didn't 'cause if that lad has a fixe IP sometimes you just can't help it, all that because this guy has probably a fixe IP, but if you've manage maybe the mistake is indeed yours.

hello ! I have a problem too...I deleted a member and banned him too...this twice! And I discover today (once again) this person on my forum...he use the same screename and the same email addy...
Plz tell me how I have to do for he can't join anymore my forum!

It's so the admin who valid the count.
