Flash buttons! Empty Flash buttons!

Can someone make me some flash buttons with the below names

i want the background black, rounded bottoms and when you place our mouse over them the pop down and then pop back up to the normal size with some blood splatter on the background text colour white

What's your site? I think I can make the navigation bar- But can you answer this?

What should the position be- Horizontal or Vertical?

I can make it pop up but not the blood splatter- any other effect?

What's the site so i can use the links to each one in the process.
