Is it possible?
Where should I put the HTML code?

The buttons need to be animated from the start...
I do not believe you can add a code to make them flash or blink.

Hey,

If you made a nice flash nav bar in a free website just deleted your nav bar in the css or remove images and add it in the welcome message of your homepage... but It will only work there i think...
