Site Header Script Problem

I once found this { } type script here in the forums but I can't seem to find it and since editing something in my admin panel it was messed up:

Webbies 4 Ever was founded Sat Feb 02, 2008 4:30 am, and today it's exactely 69 days old. Until now 62 users wrote {USERPOST} posts in 64 single forums. You (Vince) wrote 1796 posts since you registered (Sat Mar 01, 2008 8:29 pm).

Now I know that where the Username is it says Guest but:

What is the script for the last visit?
the date the forum was founded?
how old it is?
how many users there are?
and The bumber of user posts.

As you can see {USERPOST} is clearly not what I am looking for....but I just happend to try it to see if it would work.

Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this option "Site description" and next to it you will see a *. Click on that and a pop-up window will open displaying all these codes.
