Header Script Empty Header Script

The text at the top, Home, Search, F.A.Q, Member List etc.
Is that possible to change throught CSS!

Not through Css, but you can however;
1. Open acp
2. "Display" tab
3. Headers & Navigation
4. Click Header Script Editer on the menu you wish to edit
5. Change the where it says "Text" to what you want the menu to be named
