Hello,

I need to use a founder tool to use a backup for our forum. As per attached screenshot, I'm not able to do so.

Could you please advise?

Please note i see you used the forum to log in.

When using your founders tools try and add your Email address not the forum link.
the founders tools password should be the one you made your forum with. if this is not right or you changed your password at some point then let me know by PM and i will reset your founders tools password for you.
