Does anyone have any good ways of promoting a new forum?

But need members...where/how can i promote this?

The first thing you could do is submit a forum presentation proposal, which will create a forum showcase for other Forumotion users to view. Here is a link, which also explains the rules and guidelines. Forum Presentation Proposals
