Password Protect Forums?

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to password protect forums?

EX: If you click on a certain forum you have to enter a certain password.

Hey dragonfir731,

I don't believe that you can password protect individual forums. However, you could edit the permissions of those forums/users so that only certain users/groups can view and participate in the forums that you specify.

Forum Permissions: Administration Panel > Forum > Permissions

User Permissions: Administration Panel > User & Groups > Users (left column) > click on the 'permissions' icon on the far right under 'Action' for each user that you want to edit.

Group Permissions: Administration Panel > User & Groups > Group Administration (left column) > click on the 'permissions' icon on the far right under 'Action' for each group you want to edit.
