INTRO PAGE

i would like to create an intro page for my forum but i want it to be on the root link and not something like that:

http://www.uru-eve.com/-h1.html

but like that:

www.uru-eve.com

HTML management wont let me do it as i want,so i was wondering if you can help me with it.

you go to admin management then to modules and HTML management and create new html.In html source put htis code:
