Help with intro page

I'm trying to figure out how to make a flash intro page for my forum, i have been searching the net asking people but..no luck yet, some advice would be appreciated...What im looking for is rather simple, i just want a simple background with some text and an ENTER buton, Can someone point me in the right direction?

3.I Then Want The Page to Make a Sound Of a Slash and a Bell Sound, And then the after the intro it take's you to the forum "Portal" .
