You can get a customer address like the one you've posted (referred to as a domain name), but you have to pay for this option. Have a look in the admin panel at admin>misc>credits management.

As for your next question, you can move the navlinks to an order you want. Go to admin>general>homepage>navlinks. The links are listed with up/down arrows to change their list order.
