how can i make this reply box to a Editor mode permanently to all members??

But just in case that you want to know how to actually activate the Quick-reply, go to "Users & Groups / Users / User Settings".

This mode (What you see is what you get) automatically shows the final results already in the editor-box. For example, you want to make a word in bold. Without this mode activated, you see the [b] tags around the word, but if activated you see the word already in bold.

sir... i already go to "Users & Groups / Users / User Settings" but i dont see any WYSIWYG there.... please tell me how to activate it.. thanks

The quick reply is located there, the WYSIWYG mode can be enabled in "General / Configuration".
