Embed Videos

Hi There

I had embeded You Tube Videos on my forum, but they have all gone? they were working fine untill today.. does anyone have any ideas why this has happened

Forumotion has a strict policy regarding that. Even if there's an embed tag, even if the people on Youtube accept that their videos be played on other sites, the people who make the rules here don't want you to play a video without the written consent of the author - the one who has the copyright (someone who copied something on tv is not the one with the right).

I disagree with that because some videos on Youtube aren't automatically illegal and people agree to have their videos played on other sites (they can choose not to), and asking people to obtain permission in all cases is unnecessary and fastidious but these are the rules here.

So maybe they were removed?
