Wants To Know About Make Different Admin PC

Hello my friends.
Hey - just wants to know - is it possible to make my Admin PC for three or four Admin staffs ?
Explain : I know i can add every one in my Admin PC to handle the site like me. But i just wants to know - Can i give 'General Section' to one person and 'Users Section' for another person ?
I wont they can handle full Admin pc. But they can handle only that section from Admin PC what i had given them... Is it possible ?
