OK go to:

Admin Panel
General
Homepage
Headers

Find:

Display only images in the link bar: Click yes

Be sure to click save!

Then go to:

Styles (in the admin Panel)
List the pictures

And for all the listed images for your navigation links put in this

http://2img.net/i/fa/empty.gif

Is it a 1px transparent image.

Click save!
