if you know what I mean.. like on car forum to add under avatar what car you drive and something like that..

Admin panel > Users & groups > Ranks > Click on the button Add new rank > Set as Special Rank > Check yes and fill out the other fields.
Then go to Admin panel > Users & groups > Users > Find the user you want to have text under his username > Scroll down and you will see Rank Title > Select what rank you want that user to have

Yes but I want users to writte by them what bike they ride..

make it where user themselves can modify it, or even make it a for when they register they have to fill it in

This way it wont be under their avatar

I think what iTox wants is a personalized profile
go to Admin panel / General admin / Profiles / Create a personalized profile
choose Pain text or anything you want then leave the value blank and let members fill it
