Background width - No stretch option? Empty Background width - No stretch option?

so I have background image on my forum which is like 800x600 and have been trying to find option or something to make it automatically stretch to screen size...

Do we have such a option cause I cannot find it? if not I suppose I have to make a suggestion for it to be added would help a lot since different people use different resolution

It wont automatically stretch to the users screen size unless it is a flat image

so does the images on background and other places automatically shrink?

You can do that over the CSS code. How? I have no clue i try to find an answer here
