Locked out of Founder Account

I have been locked out of the Founder account. I have cleared the cache, and still am unable to log in. The password has been changed and I can not retrieve it using "lost password" because that has been disabled. I can provide additional information proving that I am the owner of the forum.

I am not able to post in the Tech Section, because only admins can post.

What can I do?
