Reoccuring IP Ban and Email Ban / Hacked forums

Hi since I am personally not able to make a new topic myself I am also having user log in problems with my forums. *or wasn't before*

I was recently hacked into by a former member who I believed hacked into one of my moderators accounts to get to me.

One of my members who was a moderator is unable to access any part of my forums -

I believe when I un IP ban and un email ban him he is automatically re put up on my list despite me being the admin.

I also want to find out if anyone else has access to my forums apart from members who i have given permisson (at the moment only being myself and my co-admin)


Much help would be appreciated as soon as possible. Confused
