admin panel > user &groups>user>then click the name of ur mod>permission>then just check the boxes that you want ur mod to moderate

basically, you have to set "Colorize usernames" to YES in "Users & Groups / User Options". The group itself has to be set to "Colorize members" and must not be a hidden group.
