Disconnecting when trying to post message "PLEASE MOVE TO TECH"

Every time I try to reply to a message on my forum, I get disconnected and I get the log in page instead. I've tried several times on different messages . (I'm admin on the forum)

My other admin has the same problem and cannot reply or post but can do everything else
Also my moderator gets a "ban" message when I haven't banned her and her profile says she's active.

Well I'm back with my little problem.

Today I can't even log on to my forum

HELP! It's been a week now on and off. Sometimes I can log on but can't post, others I can log on and do most things. Others like today I can't log on

Please help

Oh noooo, I hope it doesn't happen to me. That is why I left my old forum, because I could not post without getting disconnected.

What I did in order to post was when I got connected again, Instead of starting over, I clicked the back button and it took me to the reply section again, pasted the message I had copied to my clip board and submitted (had to learn to copy before I sent in anything first...grrrr). It worked.

But it got irratating since I was the owner/administrator and I was posting lots of messages not just one... I reported it constantly but I suppose they could not fix it, so I left them...*shrug*, I could not post in my own board? Nonsense, bye bye. And now I am here.

I hope I wont be having the same problem...

Well today i can log on but I can't moderate the forum at all... I can access the admin panel but every time i try to edit, move, delete a post it tells me that my session has expired. It's getting really difficult to administrate a forum I can't even moderate!

I hope this problem isn't spreading. I'm an admin in another forum, and a couple of times last week I too got logged off when trying to post. But the 2nd try always worked after logging in. I hope things don't get worse.

fyi all4shelties, there is a huge thread in tech support about this problem. Your forum isn't the only one with these problems and they need to add yours to the list.

Have you tried to delete your browser's cache already and your cookies? In most cases this solves the problem already.

Yep... done everything I know to do (I have a French forum and this is the first thing I was told to do when I couldn't log in to my French forum).

Today so far I can't even log in!!

I managed to log in by asking for new password (thank you I changed the system a few days ago and allowed new pass for admin and moderators!). Unfortunately I'm having to ask for a new password each time I log off!!

Still not working properly... for everything I do on the forum I have to log in again!!! So frustrating!

this needs a technician, plz move 2 technician forum.

However, I have one last suggestion now, please try to add your site to the list of trusted sites (for cookies) in your browser. Delete your cookies and the browsers cache and restart the browser.

If you have Firefox, go to "Extras / Settings / Privacy". Be sure that "accept cookies" is marked "until they expire". Click on exceptions and add your site - http://www.all4sheltiesuk.fr-bb.com/ - as allowed. Now try to connect again and check if it works.

Otherwise I hope the Techs fix that issue as soon as possible.
