Hello Hi Harj, When you go to post a new topic on your forum, scroll down just under the reply box and click on the options and it will open up a section that looks like this =>...

PLEASE HELP HOW TO STICK A TOPIC Scrnshot

You can decided to make it a sticky, announcement , or normal post there , then click save and that should do it for you . thumright
