Help I cannot Stick Topic

When I will try to edit. I cannot see any Stick or announcement . When I will try to moderate all I could see is Closed, Merge,Moved,Split and send to the basket. I can see Option but there is nothing under it but Calendar then Calendar event : Hour of the event : During :
Poll question
Poll option
Enter choices and seperate them by a line break.
Maximum number of choices : 10.
Run poll for Days
Multiple choice
Vote cancelling is allowed

Edit the message > Open the options bar > select "sticky" or "announcement" > hit "post" or "send message" again.

Try changing your theme it might work...

Mmmm. Is there other way aside from changing its theme?

As I said Option cannot be open. No + sign beside it. kjmj14 suggestion will work but Im asking other ways aside from changing the theme.

I haven't seen you say anything bout the options thing yet (till now)

Have you scrolled to the edge right of the browser, because there where the + sign appears

Also, can we get a screenshot of that part please?

By the way, editing any old message will not work. You will need to edit the FIRST message of the topic and select 'Sticky'.

If the plus icon still does not show up, then you should change the theme.
