much better you use <embed> codes.

Paste the code at Other Meta Tags, go to:

Admin Panel >> General admin >> Hompage >> Other Meta Tags

Save it.

Note: Change the colored blue text with your mp3 url

the backround music is available only on index or portal (main page).
compared to a book, the music can be played on the book cover only and the pages don't.

To have it everywhere, the only way is to put the code in the site description (admin panel > configuration) if the code is short enough.
