Can a Guest sends msg to admin?

I am searching for 2 days and did not find an answer.
Can someone (guest) sends a msg to administrator without log in?
I tried to make a Navigation link to email me through Web Software and not Direct throught Outlook Express.

(my profile > copy the URL of "email" button > AdminPanel/General/NavLinks > Put new Nav Link: "contact" with the copied URL )

Seems OK But when I visit like guest and press "contact" I get the Login/Register page.

Ouff ..any ideas?

i dont know... bout this but i think guest is only recomended to post reply at suggestiona dn feedacks section if you had that configurate

they cant send a pm to the administrator but they can send an email to the admin, if the adim shows his/her email address

Feedback? hmm .If it works hw can I configure it? The idea was if a member is banned for some reason, to have the chance to apologize or explain a misuderstanding to me so I can UnBan him.

@diastasi1; i almost forgot how to but i think all you had to do in order for guest to leave message at suggestion and feedbacks is to configure your forum permission by letting guest to view and leave msge...

I was thinking something like that but Im not sure whether guests will be "kind" in forum.
