Can i have it that calander dont post onto the forum?

I have set up my calander , and i did have it set up that we make an event in the calander and then a post would go into birthdays
well after adding 6 birthdays onto the calander it looks as if there are 6 birthdays today
So i went back and left the post to bit empty thinking it wont do it now
but all it has done is make it that now we can not make events in the calander grr
so is there a way to make it that we can add events on the calander but it do not go to forum?

i dont think so but why not make a forum only viewable to admin and link it to that so it will only show for you not everyone?

if i delete the posts in admin will it remove the placein the calander?

erm for some reason it wont let me put the calander posts into that scetion?
I made a mods and admin board and i went to calnder and when i scroll down to find where the events go mods n admin aint there ;(
any ideas?

the list in calander of the boards is in alphabet order lol
