Move Topics? Empty Move Topics?

Admin Panel, General, Forum, Categories and Forums:

I want to move a topic down to the bottom,
so I click on the DOWN button, and it just
goes back to BLANK PAGE, and doesn't move
the topic......gahh

this is probably a glitch with the new admin panel.

Hm. So you click down, then it just stays and the page goes white?

So I have to Modify the specific Topics to move them, instead of just
clicking the handy little up or down buttons.

Still persists. Just tried again. Cleared all private data, then ran ATF Cleaner.
